IRCO's Slavic and Eastern European Center (SEEC) celebrates, unites and engages Oregon's diverse Slavic and Eastern European community to achieve its highest potential. A true reflection of the people it serves, SEEC is led by an advisory council of community leaders and staffed by a multicultural multilingual IRCO team.

De Rose Community Bridge and Holistic Wellness

DRB is a community health services organization. This organization was established and registered with the Oregon Secretary of State in November 2018. For well over two years, DRB operated primarily through personal funding and three donations. When COVID- 19 hit, the suffering of Nigerian and African immigrant community in Portland became very apparent. This included cases of homelessness and mental health issues among African women and their families. Due to the new challenges, the organization stepped up in creating an outreach service to provide mental health help programs to Nigerians, women, and women of African descent.

Division Midway Alliance

Division Midway Alliance (DMA) is a place-based nonprofit creating social resiliency and economic prosperity for residents and businesses. We work to achieve equity – in resources, opportunity, and quality of life for diverse communities.

People-Places-Things

People-Places-Things is an intercultural communication services provider in Portland, OR. They provide training for people who are interested in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages as a profession. If you want tips, tricks, or a certificate, check out their programs!

Rockwood CDC

We work with our neighbors and family in Rockwood to build a place where everyone can learn, earn and belong. We live in one of the most challenged – and exciting – neighborhoods in the US. Our deep analysis and in-person engagement sets the agenda for our work

The Rosewood Initiative

The Rosewood Initiative is a place-based nonprofit that supports community-driven solutions for a healthier neighborhood. We work together with neighbors and partners to make an impact on the lives of Rosewood residents.

SummerWorks

SummerWorks is an established and well-known program that has served hundreds of youth annually since 2009. SummerWorks is run by a team that consists of city and county government, local nonprofits that serve youth, and private businesses. Our regional workforce development board, Worksystems, coordinates the team and raises funds year-round. Funding comes from multiple sources, including federal, state and local grants, public investment, and private sponsorships.
